new rotors and brake pads

hey im gettin my discs either machined or replaced when i go in for a warranty respray of my bumper, toyota used a high pressure jet and ripped off a huge chunk of paint on my bumper,

they say the pads are covered only up to 20000 km, where do i tell them that its covered to 30000km?? im hoping for a new set of rotors cos, they will warp again!, my rotors are absolutely f*cked, i get huge amounts of shudder in my steering wheel and u can tell by looking at them that something is obviously wrong :S

it should state in the warranty booklet? ...the service stuff, it's got all the documents there...some of the mechanics there don't know squat
