Thats true, the six isn't vvt yet, I believe oz will get the same V6 from the RX330 which is 3.3L vvti six, this new six is being rolled out across the toyota range.

Starting from the top (lexus) and working it's way down the range.

Looks ok, Front lights look a bit too big, like the current ones that looks slim and agressive <_<

the camrys in singapore are different to ours. for a start they have a foot park-brake like the mercs and they dun have the roof aerial

The Avalon, Avensis, Tarago all have foot park brakes, I can't see why they wouldn't bring it out in the camry...Only reason they might not is because the Camry's are built here, everything else gets sent over from Japan/South Africa etc...

Just my thoughts

The new Camry uses a 1MZFE engine and a 2AZFE for the six and four respectively. The RX330 uses a 3MZFE and there are no plans for this to be used in the Camrys. There is a all new Camry coming out in Late 05, or so we have been told

I only know of the Lexus ES300 using the 1MZFE with VVTi

Actually, the Kluger also has the VVTi V6, as does the Lexus RX330.

The Camry sold in JP (same exerior shape as OZ Camry) has VVT i V6 , and I think it's the same engine as LEXUS ES300.

It's just that OZ build Camry still use the same V6 engine as previous mode (more square shape, pre02). It's still powerful esp 5MT!

Toyota Japan doesn't sell a V6 variant?!? I just checked the website, all 2.4L
