Guys, how do I tighten this part of my bumper.  It seems like it is coming away from the body

Got the same issue but on a different part of the front bumper.  I was thinking about using Sikaflex but have yet to do it.

You can just push it back into place. If the plastic clips have worn/lost their grip then most likely it will pop out again.

To get access to those clips you need to remove your wheel first then your wheel arch, it is an easy process it will take you a few hours to fix it.

Get new clips. Contact Toyota and point to the Parts Diagram.

Possibly due to heat, or bumpy roads.
