Hi got a loud vibration sound when car is in drive and with a/c on, not as loud when a/c is off but still present, what could be the issue.

Definitely do the auto transmission flush especially if the ATF has never been changed and done 160,000kms.

Flush is the preferred option as it replaces all of the used ATF with new. If you are not comfortable about doing the flush, then drain and refill the transmission pan. Drive around the block and repeat the ATF drain and refill. Overall, you will need to do about four [4] ATF drain and refill of the transmission pans to replace most of the used ATF.
