My clutch is on it's way out hahahha

might as well get a heavy dute clutch. If your interested i can enquire for 2 sets.

It's a TRD one, the non metal facing clutch, and a disk cover.

ANYONE INTERESTED>

Track day, i can't drive that good. Can't even engage corners with heal and toe yet.

serious man? u been launching too much with ur car? haha

how much would the clutch set be? u gonna look at a lighter flywheel as well?

nah man come to our track day... even if u dont drive, u can passenger with many others and u can see how its so fun... heel and toe isnt that difficult... but yeh it becomes a must though... u should practice... do u blip the throttle when downgearing? i reckon that should be a natural reaction.

its actually really easy to heel-toe in our cars since the gear ratios are so short... u dont have to hit the throttle too hard except when going into 2nd from 3rd...

That day sounds good. I don't have a radio. might go buy one if i have some money.

I'll be asking today about the Clutch cover and disk/ LSD/ Flywheel.

So if anyone is interested from Sydney Just tell me and i can get a couple of units.

I am getting the sports/facing not metal facing. I heard they have a better clutch depression. and it's cheaper than the metal by 50%.

Yeah i can rev match. 5-3 good, 3-2 not so good but getting there. ahhaha

Count me in! i work really close to there so i can just duck in after work.

Does anyone mind if i bring a celica buddy along? I should have my eyelids painted by then . (thanks E-Gene for sending it so quickly) :D

Cheers boys.

P.S about the heel-and-toe. it's all about rev matching. i had to do it in my old celica because the synchros were worn on 3rd gear :P there's something cool about using 2feet on 3 pedals. hahaha :D

Nah no probs man as i said

Who: Anyone and everyone with a car.

so if any one else wants to come along or invite some friends by all means come along.

From my attitiude we might have 200 ppl turn up ;) ;)

By the way guys im not fussed if the meet isnt toyota only or corolla only unless you guys only want it to be that way ? I think the more the merrier and no point in being narrow minded about this as at the end of the day we're just going for a drive to have fun.

my thoughts exactly xoom..........bunch of people enjoying the same thing!!

i might ask a few of my mate, one with a 2001 sportivo, turbo model! few others.... =o
