driver was my brother, he sustained leg injuries thats it and dislocated shoulder, so his very luck, his leg was only 20% hanging on, after 5 hrs of surgery , every part was re-attached, so his slowly recovering .... no other parties were invovled.

I guess you don't want to go into too much detail on a public forum about how your brother smashed the car, but i hope he has a full recovery. If this was some sort of tragic accident then i feel bad for him, but if he was at fault then at least he's ok and has learnt something.

Shame about the car but better the car than your brother. Take it easy dude.
