Anyone installed this stuff on their cars

Recommended Posts

Hi all, I was just checking eBay and found this thing.

I've never seen this before and just wondering if anyone knows how this works.

And has anyone installed this on their cars :) Not that I wanna do it :D

Not that there's anything wrong with it :P

It works with a Spark Plug (powered by its own coil) about 10-20cm from the tip. When you accelerate and activate the Spark Plug with a switch, the Plug ignites the gases exiting the exhaust.

I've seen a Valiant Ute that had twin stacks and this sort of system installed, quite funny.

Exactly :D

Although I've also seen a clapped out 1982 Mazda 323 do this on it's own in a workshop, so much fuel and oil was passing through unburnt to the exhaust it was a permanent flame thrower :o :D
