SWEng is one of those fake engineering fields like so many others (domestic engineer? what the hell is that?).. although I do actually have a BEng (not software) so I'll keep calling myself that and scoff at others who just pretend.. tee hee.

Business Analyst here in the Telco industry..... Now now yekim & stauff stop going out of scope and get back to the business requirements and deliver to the user that u will just state ur occupation :P :P :P sorry just an IT joke ;) ;) Lame i knw :P :P typical developers not getting the requirements rite

A fair bit of IT is being outsourced to India because it's cheaper.. it also gives customers the ****s, so everyone wins.

Also in the Telco industry... I am a Telco Technician mainly doing Mobile Base Stations and other Microwave links along with some of the newer Wireless Broadband stuff too.
