I've been polishing my car this week in the evenings, I've done one half so far... Wait until you see the finished product, normally my car is shiny but now .... B)

If you want a good shine, you can't take short cuts, only lots of elbow grease.

I hope you have been washing ur car every evening before u have been polishing it cos it would have just gotten road grime and dirt all over it and to polish it that would just equal ScRatCheS  Why dun u just do it in one go and get an even finish over the whole car?It would give a much better result  !!???!!

:P Car sits in the garage all week and only get's taken out on weekends (Hence only 33,000km's after 3 1/2 years) So no need to wash  and no scratches on my Duco.

I'm using a different paste wax, as opposed to the usual liquid wax I use, which takes longer to dry and is more difficult/greasy to remove, plus getting home 7.30 every night after work I can't be fogged spending more than 1/2 hour every night :D

BTW I normally polish twice a year anyway, once just before summer and once just before winter
