Please help me c where is good value, good quality and great service to lower my Stivo. :D

So far i've got:

1. Mr Muffler (Glen Waverley) - $560!! (Inc springs/installation) - no alignment

2. Donnellans (Box Hill) - $380 (Inc Kings or Pedders springs/installation AND alignment)

can't be believe the big diff...but wt# happened wit Mr muffler's price?

Just another quick Q....Eibach/kings/lovells/kings/pedders.....wats the diff? The dude at Donnellans says all the springs except Eibach are made from the same ware but jus diff colours? like

Thanks for all your help Team! ^_^

So let's say i pay how much for the springs at Suspension City?

Then go to BB's Garage (which i have no idea where it is) to get my springs installed for how much?

And so all up it would total?

Does this Inc Wheel balancing?...

To me so far, it looks as though i may head to Donnellans cause $380 inc springs, installation n alignment looks aight.

Break it down for me n prove me wrong.

Thanks again! ^_^

Sorry for the annoyance >_<

Most places would recommend u drive ur springs for at least 200ks b4 u align it. This is for the springs to settle.

You can buy king superlow/lows on ebay for about 200-220 .. installation varies.. suspension city charged me $340 .. installation + springs..

If u supply ur own springs.. they will charge u $120-180 for installation.

King Springs are not the same as Lovells. As for Pedders springs they are King springs painted RED!!! How do I know you ask???? I know someone who works for King springs ;) Eibachs are a lot more expensive over the rest as they aren't made here.

But as far as Spring Prices as concerned - Kings lows $220

Installation - $150

Wheel Alignment $50

This is pretty much the average of what it costs in Brisbane anyway. Between $380 - $450.

Or get someone from the forum to fit them for you who was the correct tools to do the job. I've done too many sets to remember and it isn't really that hard. The only problem with suspension shops doing it is that they almost always break clips on your boot trim cause they pull it out incorrectly.

Brian is in the process of getting an alignment rig and dynometer installed at his house (he has to rip half of it down though)

but for the time being have brian install the springs for you and have it aligned at a decent place lol
