Recently spotted a Silver Camry ( I think it was the altise ).

It had a simple set of 17 inch wheels, but it was still at the standard ride height. I was surprised how much of a difference the wheels made to the look of the car.

Toyota should be fitting 17 inch wheels to the camry sportivo and also have an optional set of 18 inch wheels if they were serious on marketing it as a sports sedan.

i have seen a couple going around brisbane with nice 18s and lowered

particularly a V6 sportivo gold one with a really stiff and lowered suspension, and a s/steel exhaust. looks quite schmick, tbh.

i quite like the manual V6 sportivo, effortless, quiet, decent interior trim.

Toyota do have an accessory 17 inch rim that fits onto the Camry. The style is called Vortex. Looks good on the Sportivos. The brand new facelifted Sportivos look pretty scmick!! They do need 17's as standard though

Spotted a blue Camry Sportivo lowered on 18" BBS wheels on Forster Road and it all looked so right!

TOYOTA are you listening... standard 17's on Sportivo Models please !

SOUNDS NICE! - Yeah your right - they just need that extra something, is that Rolla in the Avatar yours? The one I saw featured in Hot4's with the white leather and cool DVD/Sound system ?

20s! is way too big. Say good bye to comfy ride and handling......wheel balance/ alignment here we come!!

Personally 17-18's max on a Camry.

^ totally agree with this person!

I WOULD NEVER put 20"s on a Camry!

my car comes stock with 17's... they look too small for my car.

20s would be GANGSTAAA... if 235/35/19 can fit then i'm pretty sure 235/30/20 or 225/30/20 would definently fit... that'd be pimpin man

There is a reason why they have smaller rims, larger tires and higher suspension as stock. It's so much smoother, but if you change it, there will be hardly any give in the suspension at all. The interior will also start to rattle badly, and the Camry will soon become unpleasant to drive.

That's my take on it...

Recently changed the rims on my gen 5.5 to 17s from stock 15 steelies. I can definately feel more bumps and rattles. I'm surprised it made so much difference seeing 17s are a stock option :S

20" on my camry azura 03.

Wow looks sweet :toast: How did you find the ride after? A huge difference in terms of feeling the bumps and all? Also did you "feel" slower on accleration?
