Yep you do have to remove the whole accelarator pedal assembly, its pretty simple just two bolts from memory and disconnect the cable from the top of the pedal arm. The hardest part is removing the pin that holds the pedal on..... i ended up drilling mine out as i didnt have a punch the right size to knock the pin out..... But if you are not worried about keeping the old pedal you can just desrtoy it to get it off then removing the pin is heaps easier, I remember somone here saying they took to their's with a hacksaw....

Let us know how you go :D

... what do sportivo pedals look like? Are they the ones with the holes in em?

i didnt realised you had to remove entire existing pedals, the only experience ive had with pedals are the slip on ones which bolt on to the existing pedals, but i heard they are illegal

with the stivo pedals, don't you get a extra pin? or something. I got this extra pin what is that for?

it has jagged teeth

The sportvo pedals just have a bit more grip when you have wet shoes.

and they make your interior stand out abit more.

apart from that its just a rice factor.
