Definitely go coils first. I'd say if I had to do it again now, I would definitely skip the lowered springs and go straight to coils. After that, it's your preference whether to go wheels or go bars etc I had 20% tint as well and I believed it was perfect. Not too dark (as people think) and not light as 35%. :)
