  2. this is a very very active forum, i thought most people knew by now it was mainly a 9th Gen Corolla Site. austarlet and other toyota forums are your best bet for older toyotas

  7. Big happy bday to Brandon, hope u have an awesome day mate!
  8. But the engine does seem sus, usually changes in engine number get registered though the RTA. if they are done by a proper workshop..
  9. just as long as you buy it for more then what is being owed. eh thats what a meant Mr Dyl.... you never know whats owed, and if the person wont tell u, fat chance the bank will.
  10. change in engine numbers isnt a problem. just means it has a different engine to when it first was made for example, Northy's car will have a different engine number cos he blew his original one up :P i wouldnt worry too much, just dont buy the car til the money is no longer owing
  11. I agree with Dave, why would you trust the GPS system? if your concentrating on the speedo that much who is watching the road?
  12. you learn to drive after your first accident (minor or major) However, in saying that, some people never know. Mikey, i reckon you should drive the rolla around as your first car. why? 1. its safe - has at least 1 airbag, pretensioner seatbelts, high seating position and great visibility. 2. if you crash it, its easy to fix (if you want) - my car is proof of this. 3. insurance wont be too much, probably better than if you had something old and rusty with a big engine. 4. its a cool car! :P
  13. Go to OWF forum Jase there'll be a group buy on the boil soon! Painted to your needs too

    "The Car Show"

hahaha sounds like 5th gear.... Evo 9 v some rear wheel drive car "The evo is very fast in a straight line, but just cant handle the cornering like the (rear drive car). It refuses to hang the rear end out" um...................
  15. thats always a good thing
  16. dont you dare dob me in for anything buddy!! Alan, i'll see if I can come out. How much is the dyno worth?
  17. I really hope thats a joke. These are easy to wire up its not very hard at all. Also, if you use double sided tape to stick them down, i suggest that you dont clean your plastic door sills with armorall or anything like that cos they wont stick. Clean all the existing sills with hot water or a solvent before hand.
  18. yeah its about time Sydney or Melbourne found some traders :P
  19. check for Mick0082's car - he has 18x7.5's and king lows
  20. 2 cars with king lows and the same wheels it seems...
  21. Only if you have a TRD optioned water cooled pod. haha funny Silva, but actually he is quite serious, it does happen. I would assume its not good for the car...
  22. BigBum strikes again. Speak to BigBum as thats his car in the pictures. i think they are worth every penny, when you consider how they are made.
  23. I also use the outerside of the right foot to do it as it feels naturally more comfortable, but sometimes the foot slips off the brake or blip too much. I think the heel toe method is more suited to the track when you need to be heavy on the brakes. i think everyone does it a different way, but no matter what its still called the 'heel and toe' method. even race car drivers cant turn there feet horizontal in the car, so im pretty sure everyone uses part of the side of their foot
