    Just goes to show that the ECU is continually learning and adapting. It also makes sense that the best gains are seen with a CAI. Did you go to QLD or order from CES?

    This whole debate is moot. Obviously everyone has opinions, but until we can compare a t/c and s/c Sportivo, who knows how they will compare? It seems there are some brave/wealthy souls out there getting the s/c kit together, anyone volunteering to add a snail to their 2ZZ ??

    Yeah great - spend mega $$$ doing a conversion to fit an engine that is (1) heavier, and (2) less powerful (despite more torque). The 99-2000 Sportivo was turbocharged from factory.

    Hi all, here's the list of "older" current SA-based members: Hodgie (Red Sportivo), kick_ass (Blue Sportivo), oz_viking (Silver Sportivo) - we are all around the NE Suburbs. I think there's a Toyota Car Club cruise soon - I'll post in the club meets/events section when there's more details available.

    Yeah, but your odo will read 4.8% less than actual mileage, therefore resale should be higher... :)

    Mostly fill with Vortex 98 and have no probs. It's generally cheaper than BP, but Ultimate is my preference.

    Will you need to decompress the engine? There's no info I could find on whether or not Lotus do this for the Exige 240R, nor on what boost they run. You could always try talking to Eaton for these answers.
