  1. and in return i'll give u lots and lots of useless junk in your hotmail and yahoo inbox :)
  2. still waiting...

  3. went back there today to give him some transaxle fluid that had been left over from the previous oil change. only to find that it could be more than 700ml that was lost when he loosened the drive shaft! GAHHH! whyyy???? i just changed the oil like in november last year!!! he also suspect that the gearbox was overfilled with oil. i told him that the castrol book recommended 2.3L of oil so i think i did it right. but anyway, i bit the bullet and went to buy another 1L of gearbox oil and an additive ($42 grr...) still waiting for the flywheel to come he said no promises to getting it done tonight... *sob* *cries* I FEEL NAKED WITHOUT MY CAR!!!
  4. yeah the measurements according to the xtreme website, the sportivo/celica 2zzge clutch dimension is 215x21x23.8mm. but the one i got the last number is 24mm... should i be worried about this 0.2mm difference??? as for the price i don't know the break down of parts but i will get him to break it down for me when i pick my car up tomorrow...
  5. I think that fits an AE101 and AE111, still for a 4AGE though, has a clamp load of around 700kg too.. Don't stress too much over it man, just a small hic up.. you'll bounce back in no time Yeah i think the clutch part number was eluding me and what i got was the back of the pressure plate...(check pics above) i always thought they were in a kit??? so the number threw me off completely... thats why i was looking for the part number in the xtreme website and it never showed up edit: i found out how they label their parts on their website K = kit, C = cover, D = disc but that doesn't make the part number differece clear...
  6. guys, how lighter a flywheel has to be to make a notable difference? (this is for the 2zzge corolla sportivo) i have a chromoly flywheel which is 5.3kg which is 0.7kg lighter than the stock (6.1kg). in percentage it would be 13.11% lighter... the lightened chromoly flywheel is 4.6kg which is 1.3kg lighter. in percentage it is 24.59% lighter... trying to look around google and see but not returning with very good answers... :( cheers guys
  7. today was the day to change my clutch and flywheel... took a few photos... Pressure plate (back and front) For those who don't see the part number well... on pressure plate = CTY22104HD on box = DTY2221204 (C/P Toyo 215x21x24mm) on the xtreme website the clutch dimensions are 215x21x23.8mm i'm going to call them later to find out whats going on with the box part numbers???? Clutch, pressure plate and thrust bearing Flywheel so i left my car there and went home to find that they gave me the following clutch and flywheel off an AE92 corolla so i rang xtreme up and got the part numbers off them. heavy duty clutch = KTY22004HD chromoly flywheel = FTY014C @ 5.6kg Now while i'm waiting for the correct flywheel to come i was contemplating about the weight of it. I didn't want the aluminium one as i cannot machine it everytime my clutch goes to the dump. so i chose the chromoly one. chromoly = 5.3kg, lightened chromoly = 4.6kg, stock toyota flywheel = 6.06kg (one of members post) While the lightened one is around 1.4 kgs lighter, the one i'm going to get sent to my mechanic will be only 700g lighter. is it worth the money to get the chromoly flywheel? i guess it all depends on how bad the stock flywheel is but this is the first time i'm changing the clutch so it should be really worn out/warped etc. just the hassle of waiting again... edit: sorry the flywheel part number is KTY013C not KTY014C

yah... actually he can get the right clutch today but the flywheel i'm still contemplating whether it would make a difference... stock = 6.06kg vs xtreme flywheel C/CL= 5.3/4.6kg

  10. 7.5'' may get scrubbing. search around i think someone put 7.5'' on. mines 7'' and they are fine. the 7'' also make the rim flush to the guards.

  17. Sounds like a plan, man I want to do the headlight mod as well before I install my HID's, if you happen to know how to do it, or wanna help me risk breaking my headlights, I'm down. Get Johnno down as well yeah and nah johnny will only make things worse (totally illiterate in the zze123Rs except the word "Lift" :P) so its better if we leave him at home LOL he comes back from vietnam on the 20th so yeah he will be free then. doesn't live far from me anyways.
  18. actually... i need to do mine as well, so if u want we can do it together one day?
  19. if my guess is correct, the LED lights should be of the SMD ones. the tiny tiny ones. when u bought the new ones u have to be careful about the angle of which the light shines as well. just use a normal soldering iron and use a flat head screw driver to flick out the leds. then just solder the new ones on, make sure the orientation is correct. (it wont blow up the circuit, the led just wont work) good luck
  20. holy moly thats low kms man, paint looks clean too... not like someones old celica here... *looks @ johnnieboi* also... welcome to the club dude ;)
