evo's gone coupe look alike, and they've gone hatch? i actually reckons the last gen sti looks hot,not the jet head one but the one b4, why dont they make this hatch a different model? its not like they have lots of different models in their line up

whats the difference between the triangle one and the trd bracket?? trd claim 40% more rigid, is it the same thing????

i got it done today for 160 at tyre factory :) , but it took them 2 and a half hours, it looks heaps better now, its almost like the stivo is meant to be lowered , thank you marcus for the DIY infos, i reckon i wouldnt be able to do it myself, no tools, no skills, i think they had to pull the boot's carpet out to get to the rear ones, for noobs like me in the future, i think its better to not buy the springs seperate, get the springs from the guys that intall them, but search around for more quotes b4 u decide which one to go, there r some crazy prices, i went to one of the midas, they wanted 480 including springs, but still!!!!!!480!!!!

thank you everyone for their replies,two members mention that its about 50 bucks per corner so 170 is not that bad than :), i thought about going to Racing project but they sooo busy,most likely they will book me in at least friday, but i might go check, i think i might not do it myself, i wouldnt have clue how to do it, the only thing i know is getting the wheels off :P ,

i got my springs yesterday, and i tried to find a place to put them on, but the price to do that is shocking, most places wanted 250 just to put them on, cheapest i got quoted was 170 not including wheel alighnment, is this price normal?? if not where can i get it done at a reasonable price in melb?? i went to two TYRE FACTORIES, one in mitcham wanted 260 for it and the one in city quoted 170, why is there such a big difference?and i remember their ad saying lowering to any height for 350 and this includes the springs, and they want 260 just for labour?!!?? WTF!!!!

ok, they probably not bagging a car becuz its jap, but i found they really dont like the high revving machines besides the clio sport, and they love the muscle style cars with 500nm at 1000rpm and only revs to 5500, being a mag, i think they really should have a wider interest of cars, i dont buy them any more, it was interesting to read for a few issues, but its always the same sh!t, "holden beat this holden beat that, that car is high reving but it lack torque so its crap" i know the ve is a good car and holden spent lots of money, time, effort on it, but does it have to be in the mag and front page every issue and beating EVERY SINGLE other car on this planet, if some one actually take every word they write in they would think holden is untouchable, and makes the best cars in the world, which there r some people like that

theres likely a 3.5 v6 AWD version but not sure we'll get it

Now I aint saying this to be biast to Toyota or Ford etc (my family and *** parents also race Torana's and are big Holden/Chev people), but I seriously think the reason Wheels love Holden so much is due to a very very special relationship between them...strings attached. thats what i thought, after reading about 5 issues of wheels/motor, i notice they don't say anything bad about holden, not even once, but they say bad things about other brands specially jap cars, s2000, corolla, integra type s and etc which i think the three are very good cars, and in most cases if holden is being compared to others most likely holden will win, no matter its toyota, ford,nissan or even bmw and benz(maybe even Bently in the future :) )

i would take an ve ssv over the na aurion anyday, it looks better and its rwd, but wheels/motor really do like holdens, for some reason, they reckon the ve luxury model(cant remember the name:)) is better than the bmw 5 series and benz at the same class, they even say they would take the ve over the bmw and benz even if it was the same price.

You're exactly right The engines (1zz and 2zz) were built for high revving i think the engine would be fine, but sure bout the gearbox

man u must some very sharp ultra focus eyes 2 see 8 rpm's on the dial :P :P :P :P :P u must have turned ur idle down as well for it 2 rev so low right ? :P :P :P :P HAHAHA his lift kicks in at 6.2rpm. thats what u call low reving engines, his tacho only reads up to 9rpm :D

i second that, its a sportivo rear skirt but not design for sportivos.......how stupid

you r right, thats what i feel too, 4grand is better than 3grand but it does feel a little pushing it for normal cruising, i shift at about 3500rpm, i personally think is a very good shift point for normal driving

yeah still very yaris, i really like the body kit, but still dont like the body

i really like the black rims with red lip, like the c-one, its freakin hot!!!
