    If you use side emitting SMD strips you should be able to get a similar effect without seeing the strip, it will shine thru the gap between the headlight and the front bar. Maybe not as bright tho.

    I think it harks back to the classic shape of the Supra now even more so. The original concept showed more of this style, the intermediates not so much.

    just got back from Brisbane. Nice city, reminds me alot of Adelaide but larger. Great weather, minimal humidity. Could work on your uneven sidewalks tho, no good for people with bung knees! RE Blue Smoke: Ribs were tasty, lightly smoked but dry seemed to be similar to Sweet Baby Rays sauce with a little honey, brisket was nice but far too small serve, Mac'n'cheese had too much nutmeg/mace and no chedder taste!

    Any brisvegas residents been to Blue Smoke BBQ restaurant? I think its just called Smoke now... Heading there tomorrow night hopefully for some ribs... any TOCAU reviews?

      I have been there once under the recommendation from someone that they had great ribs. IMO, they weren't all as great as I was expecting. Could have been that I had set my standards too high, I dunno. Either way, they were good, but not great.

      Oh, my standards are quite high too. Im a bit of a rib king, slow n low, apple and hickory wood 4 hour minimum style.. My webber sure does get a workout. Ill let you know how it goes. Apparently the staff there are useless...

    Thanks man! Moar bits goin on it this week, its been at the installers for the last few days working on the upgraded alarm. Not the easiest task let me tell you Every door has its own CPU/ECU, and separate modules for friggen everything!! Sus work next week, and full Admiration aero soon after. Actually I have 3 toys, but Ive semi retired the 318iS Euro to mum to drive to school in... I just dont have time to drive 3 cars let alone time to keep them all clean. Man i need a big garage... but that might be a bad thing also... with more room comes more toys..... I saw a nice pearl cream '83 Century the other week....hmmmmmmmmmmmm

    Re Eyelids, i saw one of your vans last night, seems the parker is up the top of that light, so you may have to relocate it or replace with LED and use ali tape under the eyelids to reflect the LED light down to the front edge of the lid... maybe?

    Yeah i think the Front 1/4 panels need to be changed as well. Lights are a different profile. Lights being different may also require a different light mount maybe, not sure.. If you can find a rear ended facelift that would be your best bet.

    Good to hear another ZRE is about to start its transformation! Welcome :D It would be a good idea to check out the ZRE FAQ thread first, almost all of what we have worked on is there and it will answer many of your questions. Its also good to start a Members Rides thread too so we can all see how you progress and help you out along the way. Generally most parts are from Japan and Europe, and most arnt cheap! but dont let that stop you!

    Hell yeah, Hyundai has come leaps and bounds... considering the i45 is outselling the Aurion on a national scale should have Toyota shaking in their jocks. Cant wait to see the arrival of their two FR sports cars that have been in the US for the last year or two. Looks like some DIY fiberglass or plexi eyelids are first on the cards! should make an easy and impressive first mod
