    I'm not sure about Tassie, but in some Major Cites of NSW, VIC and QLD there are groups of Mobs who attack drivers, jump inside and steal the car or valuables. Hence the reason i usually lock the car as soon as i get in. Its become a habit. Nothing has happen to me but i think its a good idea to keep the doors locked. Especially at night :)

    I'll try the Valvoline Eagle one car care range first and see how that goes, After that i might also try from the 'Demeter Fragrance Library'. Postage to Aust it about $40 so i might as well order a few :)

    I remember the dealer telling me about it when i was looking at the Aurion SX6 a month ago. Not sure if its a new feature or if its across all Aurions.

    I did purchase a "new car scent" from Chemical guys in Mount Eliza but that gave the car those new holden with leather smell which gave me a headache (Must have sprayed too much)

    Sorry to hear about your AE112 :( For OEM fog lights the best place to get it from will be Ebay, should be between $120-$200..

    Hey everyone, Does anyone know of an air freshner or chemical that will give the car the "New Car Smell"? At the moment i am using whatever the carwash sprays which lasts about 3 days. feel free to recommend a fresher aswell :)

    I have had mine for over two years now but havent been booked yet.. I think it all depends on the Cop. If you go to a heated up area where there are EPA officers you might get done for it then but it all depends. If you dont do anything silly i guess your ok :) then again your not bullet proof.

    I usually take mine to Terry Shields Toyota in Parramatta, they are pretty good. Stewart Toyota in Rockdale and Sutherland are just as good. With Sydney City Toyota in Waterloo, they do have good customer service, but i really wouldnt recommend them as i have had alot of problems with them previously...

    Yes, +45 sounds about right. Nice choice with the wheels :) I have the the 17 Inch Toyota Vortex wheels on the Camry.(See below) Keep your 17's as spare, you never know you might need them one day.....

    Depending on the headunit, you can get a steering wheel control adaptor from a Car Audio place. Mine cost me $280 installed about 3 years ago. Not sure what the prices are like now, the only thing is, when you use the Steering wheel controller with the after market Head Unit, the response is not as quick as the factory unit.

    They usually last for atleast 3-5 yrs. Not sure about the battery size. you can use the key aswell if the battery dies.
