  1. Good Answer :) Hopefully he gets bored and falls asleep soon........... It will definately come in handy. Especially for the Newbies.. Dont think many people would know that your not suppose to mix different Coolants. The only problem is they have to read alot of Spam before they get their answer.
  2. Oh,,,, Welcome back (For Now)
  3. Take it to the dealer and get it checked ASAP.. Could possibly be a faulty sensor or fuse, hopefully nothing else... If the Airbags pop out while your driving, it will cost u an arm and a leg :(
  4. Theres a number of threads with Similar questions... 8.5 inch will fit but you may have issue with insurance.. If you get 19 inch you will need 245/35/R19 93Y (From Memory) Im guessing this is the size thats used on the TRD Aurions No too sure about 20's, but possibly 245/30s
  5. Wrong Section,,, I have always lost my settings when ive unplugged the battery. If it is the factory unit theres not much settings at all??? BASS, Treb ans Fader........
  6. goodluck and all the best with your new ride :)
  7. Contaminated fuel????????
  8. The Power Fold up mirrors sounds like a good feature to have especially for Carparks and Shopping centres, Would mine getting something like these for the Camry or one that would pretty much be close to the correct size.. Or even better, somehow modify the existing mirrors to have this feature
  9. If all the above fails, You can also try those Rip off Fuel Injector Service and fluid Flush that Toyota offers, not sure if it will work. Maybe even Fill up with the Vortex 98 Fuel.......
  10. Havent Done this in a while.... There are two pieces of frames. One surrounding the Radio and the other is with the Aircon Nobs First you need to remove the frame around the Radio. To do that put the screw driver in between the two panels and push towards you. theres two clips on each side, (about 2 cms from the edge. Then pull the frame out after removing the speed alert and clock cable. Remove the Radio One thats done remove the Cables from the back of the Air con Frame. (3 Cable from Memory) Then theres two clips on the side and two on the bottom (from Memory)carefully remove the frame. Then u need to open the white surrounding and change bulbs :)

Nice car, I remember seeing it somewhere... I think when i was driving back from Orange a few weeks ago,,,
  14. Not too sure why we are comparing a 4 Cylender with a V6 anyways, the best car to compare with the Commy would be the Aurion. Aurion would be more fuel efficent and has a few more KW's You may get the Commy for a better price since they made so many of those. Going back to the camry Altise, if you mind the loss of power then you should be fine. Just keep in mind that the specs on the toyota website is for the 2010 camry. There has been a few minor changes. e.g. for Altise, Bluetooth, usb input, side airbags, led lights, headlight controls etc.....
  15. I Agree, dont cut it. I've been in cars with cut springs and i would never recommend it. Bumpy and rough ride, shakey steering wheel, noises, rubbing etc... Just put aside $50 each week and u should be fine :)
  16. I take it to the carwash as i usually have Vouchers. I need to start washing the car myself. But im usually super Busy :( I havent used Mortein, but if you live in the Jungle, i guess it's ok. This is my Breakdown 2-3 Weeks Vacuum vehicle interior including all mats, footwalls, seats and boot. Dust & wipe dashboard & centre console Clean interior glass to remove smears and streaks. An active foam bath covers the entire vehicle to dissolve built up dirt and grime. Wheel Wash process effectively cleans away grime & brake dust leaving sparkling clean rims. All over Exterior Wash using quality mitts and shampoos that effectively and safely cleans the entire vehicle. Apply an all over application of gloss "Hot Wax" which seals your paintwork and provides a protective coating which repels rainwater & dirt. Hands free contour drying process which closely contours your vehicles surface for a safe & completely dry finish. Exterior Glass clean which effectively removes bugs and dirt. Wipe door & boot jambs. Apply Tyre Shine for a long lasting protective shine for the Tyres. 2-3 Months Paint Protection Scratch and swirl mark reduction treatment. Revitalises and restores colour and shine. Apply Paint Protection treatment to exterior duco. Conditioning of external trims.
  17. Is it one of those Siren Alarms or Beeping Alarms? If its the Siren ones u can just lock it with the Key for now. Have any of the fuses been blowing?
  18. Went to the dealer to get my Alternator changed yesterday. I told the Service Technician about your problem aswell cause i remembered you dropped me a line a day before. the Service Technician said that it could be due to some poor after market electical grounding or it could be the alternator. Atleast its all good for now :)
  19. Heres a pic of mine, had it for about 2 years, kinda over it now :( I had to remove one of the angel eyes Because it kept burning as the HID's were too hot
  20. I went to the Dealer yesterday (1st July) saw 3 of the Touring model, two of them were feb 2010 and one was March 2010 Compliant, so i think it varies. I asked for a "Drive Away" price (not best price)on the Touring, they said 39K. I thought he would have said 35K. oh well. With the Extra options, I know, options like, Dark Tints and Extended Bumper to bumper warranty are good upgrades to have, what about options like paint protection and Microwave movement sensor alarm Upgrade? combined this two can cost approx $1100-$1500. is it worth it or better off doing it aftermarket?
