EBAY REAR VIEW BACKUP CAMERA according to this site, it supposedly fits corollas from 2001-2008... can anyone confirm whether this actually fits the 1zz/2zzs? there are measurements on the page.. if anyone is able to measure the OEM lights on their 1zz/2zz id appreciate it, since I cant physically do this myself since I am currently overseas ;p thanks guys, and happy new year! edit- if you look closely, the pic in the first pic is different to the actual item in the measurements.. none the less Im very interested in this item and im guessing there are other safety conscious ppl out here in TOCAU as wel.

actually forget that... just looked at the pics again..it's a pretty tight fit everywhere else except that ledge ay? sorry my advice probebly wouldn't help...

I feel your pain!! those smoked taillights look awesome... but if it were me in this situation I'd possibly try putting washers on the lower bolts that hold the tail lights in place to assist the tail light in covering the ledge a bit more. not sure if this makes sense, but the washers could theoretically act like spacers that make your rims stick out just that little bit more. I own a 2003 1zz so I've got no experience with zre's, but it could be worth a try

I understand that Lotus, corolla and celica have the 1.8L 2zz vvtl-i engine in common.. just wondering if there are any other (larger) engines out there that also have lift? Honda have their version of lift to am I correct? any encyclopedia type website featuring this type of info?

where in australia are you located? I may know a shop you can go to if you are in sydney.

Spotted GTLOST @ rooty hill rd north/woodstock avenue intersection, driving down woodstock towards the carousel and turning left at those 2 annoying roundabouts heading towards mt druitt. I was @ the opposite side of the intersection when I noticed you zooming right onto woodstock ave.. Turned left and you were driving pretty quick.. you must have been in a rush.

If the backlight lamp is working or not is not relevent... as long as the power cord is included and it powers up and there arent any dead pixels the last time it worked right, ill take it off your hands! Gday, long time since ive hit this part of the forums... In the days leading up to the last sydney TOCAU meet my sub.. mroe specifically, my amp and my dvd headrests have for some reason stopped working... havent had much time to check the wiring or anything but by the looks of things all the fuses are in working order.. I havent had an issue in years and this is the first time anything like this has happened. anyone have any similar issues in the past? what may be the probable causes? if worst case scenario, where do I go to get a mono amp repaired?
