  1. No worries mate yeah I think its the stupidest law that you cant use properly aligned foglights but these new cars are coming out with very bright daylight running led's and thats ok so go figure
  2. Hey Mate check this website it has info regarding foglights http://www.police.wa.gov.au/TRAFFIC/RoadSafety/tabid/991/Default.aspx
  3. I think VF-X had a set of clear tail lights for sale, not sure if he still has them but you could message him and find out
  4. Most insurers offer lifetime warranty on repairs so if its not to your satisfaction they have to fix it untill it is. I had a Hyundai Excel that got hit in the rear quarter and it was replaced, I was concerned it wouldnt look original but to my surprise it was perfect you wouldnt have know it was caved in so there is hope Good luck with it all mate Peter
  5. Hi Mate replace your head unit with one of the chinese units and install the camera to it otherwise you can get a few differnt ones like this http://www.ryda.com.au/Aerpro-2-5-Wireless-Reverse-Camera-System-p/arv5sys.htm but then like you said you have to find a place to put the screen that doesnt look out of place. There are also a few different ones here http://www.reverseasy.com.au/product_category.php?categoryId=2 but they have no pricing. Hope this helps mate. Peter
  6. Welcome to the club mate. Maybe it is some kind of vacuum leak from a hose that goes away as the revs rise, just something to think about
  7. That really sux some of these idiots dont deserve to be on the road. I would say with the rear quarter they would possibly cut it and replace the section thats what they did to a car I had with similar damage. Good luck with it all mate hope you have no problems with the claim. Cheers Peter
  8. Ouch thats gotta hurt sorry to hear mate its a great looking car and even worse you couldnt catch the ***** hope all work out for you
  9. I agree with Andrew take it to somewhere like Pedders and get a suspension check done then armed with the info provided head back to Toyota and get them to fix it.
  10. Here you go mate http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=31620
  11. Are you holding the button down long enough? Or maybe the battery in the remote is starting to go flat, just somethings to check
  12. +1 for effort that is truly amazing
  13. Hi Mate welcome to the forum. If you follow the first part of this thread it shows how to remove the centre consule which also removes the panel you are talking about. http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=16676&st=0&p=253393&hl=+remove%20+head%20+unit&fromsearch=1entry253393 Its not very hard and only takes a minute with no tools needed. Cheers Peter
  14. Yeah just go to a panelbeater and get it done :D most of todays cars are half made of plastic anyway so they know how to apply it correctly.
  15. Hi Benji, Im with your mate it would look great colour coded to the rest of the car. If it had sportivo body kit with the matt black inserts I would leave it but as the rest of the car is shiny black I think the grill would look great. Maybe get a paint shop to match the colour and paint it for you, couldnt see it costing to much.
  16. Refused to pay for premium plates told the dealer they were making ****loads from me already that they were to throw them in for free so they did
  17. Yeah it says on their website it is for 2010 minor change so it should fit your Aurion
