  6. the CAI pipe is 3"...just checked the info thread and the pipe size wasn't in there, its updated and is in the thread now, http://au.toyotaownersclub.com/forums/inde...?showtopic=6693
  7. thats kinda how they design alarms...makes it harder to disarm, your best bet would be to go to the shop that installed the alarm.
  8. if the rev limit kicks in at 7800rpm the only way you are gonna change that is with a diff ECU, the 2zz's in the celicas in the US have the same 7800rpm rev limit and the sportivo corolla and the celica here in aus both run to 8200rpm.

  13. that would make alot more sence....also would have made alot more sence if you mentioned it in the first place.
  14. I beg to differ... Fuel for me 14-15L/100kms.. averaging 15,000ks a year.... = 2250L of petrol per year... at $1.40L = $3150 PER YEAR OF FUEL! thats not insignificant compared to servicing etc Add to that some stupid bogan in an XF ute rear ended me on Friday and drove off.. Got the F#$kers numberplate though.. went to cops and have made an insurance claim... OH the joy of cars! that pretty high....you must belt your car around all day everyday
  15. All Hail the Might Prophet Dylan as he fore saw the closure of this thread... CLOSED
  16. Indeed, the installation work is very good. the negatives come from... 1. The lack of accompanying mods making this car somewhat dangerous on the road 2. The remote mounting of the turbo providing quite poor lag characteristics (though quite difficult to avoided in a ZZ engine turbo setup with a large turbo) 3. A short jab my me looking for a rise because he's not using the full 8,000 RPM yet :P i havn't seen any comments knocking CES's work..quite the opposite, and we cant forget that CES only did what the customer wanted and you cant fault them for it....
  17. lol learn to drive....got the ****** clutch out of the car and the wear and tear on the clutch is fine and its busted in the same place as the TRD one failed....
  18. well I have been through the TRD clutch and now the exedy HD clutch has packed it in..so whats next any suggestions?
