    in that last pic, you should have a rubber mount thats threaded both ends, one screws into the car and the other has a washer/nut on it. It holds the CAI in place and takes the strain off the rubber throttle blody join... edit found a pic. edit #2 found a pic of the mounts.

    that rear muffler is part of the CES Exhaust catback system that is on the car and its by no means a noisy muffler either....
