I heard that there were no proven gains from installing any kind of exhaust system or any other performance parts on 1ZZE-FE auto's for that matter.. Let me know if im wrong. -

I know, i'm no match for most cars on the road LOL. But I was wondering how could I get a good take-off with 1ZZ-FE Auto? Someone told me to hold the breaks and accelration together, get around 3-3.5k rpm and let go of the accelerator. Is there any other techniques that would be more effective?

I have an ascent sedan and i've clocked about 31,000ks' and im due for my next service. But I dont wanna go to the dealership was wondering when i should change the breaks? I've had the car for about a year now.
