  1. I agree totally with Brian and Mario... The rear sway bar made a HUGE difference. I installed it after the coilovers and strut brace too and the difference was very noticable. Jase I can give you a ride in my car on the weekend if you are coming along as yours has the same suspension mods as mine anyway.
  2. how are you measuring it? If you are trusting the digital readout from the servo self inflater... forget it... invest in a spring dial pressure gauge (~$8 from any auto shop) and test the pressure after it's inflated, you will find it wavers around some times.
  3. Well you could try Jimmy but I think you'd end up being slapped :P or mauled by desperate house wives... no not the good looking ones only seen on TV either...
  4. take out the 5S-FE and drop in a 3S-GE BEAMS engine...
  5. talk to Nolthane or Whiteline directly, they may be able to custom make them.
  6. nice to hear Graham :) you gonna bring the baby out too, it won't be a twisty cruise.
  7. I think MR and MSROLA headed out there I was there too (spectating), definately wasn't MRROLA. Running consistent 15.7s from memory.... I thought stivos were a bit quicker than that? ;) Sounds like bill! (syXxpac) with the red levin. yellow reg plate? nope.... white plates with black writing.... and the fastest time it did was a 15.5 i think..... i was hoping to see it do something in the 14's..... as a side, 15.5 is a good time compared to the N15 SSS pulsar that i saw down there that ran a 19 second quarter...... so i still dont know who i saw..... see post #169 ;) she's not from the forum but has been out there before
  8. this one too :) same car vs a 320ps 200SX http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oI-Ag7bnrak...ted&search=
  9. why not gauge the cars on something measurable :P we all know where the fastest cars are ;) :P so how does it ride on 'real' roads? what are the odds on the time before the rims are buckled... especially specialized32's, Mag alloy is notoriously soft ;)
  10. already a change... Watson out (inj), Michael Clark in
  11. I've seen pics of here out there before :)
  12. I know of Poggy but never bumped into him since I've been down here. Tats was easy cos he works at the uni. :P He also must have been about 2 sets of lights behind me on the drive up for Megacruise because we got there within 5 minutes of each other.
  13. Those who have been in my car know the CES is not over bearing (I know Chris (FRED) was very eager after the lift I gave him from Newcastle to Picton. I've taken my parents in my car several times since both the CES and the coilovers have been put in (both 50+) and neither of them have found them uncomfortabe, in fact it remains quite comfortable to have a conversation into the backseat, even on the highway at 110km/h and 3,500 rpm constant for 1/2 an hour.
  14. look for e-bay sellers Gripforce or MegaTuning both are US based and give great deals on both Exedy clutches and Fidanza flywheels
  15. Obviously an American site... they have 3 stages of clutches to cater for the GT3/GT4 console game buyer to put is simply OEM replacement is the standard Exedy Clutch Stage 1 is the Exedy racing organic sports clutch Stage 2 is the Exedy racing ceramic 3 puck clutch PS, you can get cheaper then that ;)
  16. When did you guys move to Vic? and delivery from D2 is usually within a couple of days from reports :D
  17. Congrats to Craig and Xanthe :D
  18. I dunno, the thrill of going around a circuit in controlled conditions still far outweighs anything on the road.
  19. yes they do, and yes you would... though you can also have the car transported
  20. either that or he's waiting on more news from Craig ;)
  21. it has to be close to the wrongest things you can possibly do to a TA22 :(
