Not sure about mechanical, but there was an ECU recall i think.. Should be a sticker on the inside of your drivers door or something.. Search the forums or im sure someone will correct me here. Also, you're an alarm installer? What area are you in?

The second more expensive brand is actually RYCO.. And i would buy that instead of the cheaper REPCO filter.. I always buy ryco, except for the one time i bought a repco fuel filter and the clips on the side of the filter snapped off whilst putting it in!! go figure

Right-click on My-computer and hit properties, and under the heading "Computer" see if it has registered the memory in there, i.e it should say "1GB of RAM" or your 1GB plus whatever was in there in the first place. If it still only says 192mb RAM, you may have to fiddle with the bios... I'd google it as thats all i do EDIT - Oh and before you play with anything in the bios, google it all first, if you change the wrong thing the laptop may not function properly...

just throw the cap at someone with the terminals exposed, that'll discharge it pretty quick if they catch it right. lol...(don't actually do this!)

I'm pretty sure they need to lock on to you for a minimum of 3 seconds for the reading to be used to book you.. ;)

i will tell you one thing, you will need a battery isolator (explanation here - Link) Otherwise you will find your main battery going flat if you run your system with the engine off. I also wouldn't use house wiring cable. Get the proper cable for the job. You don't want your cable insulation melting then burning your precious car down to the ground!
