There are probable like 75-100 people with these in North America. If you have a 5-speed tranny, it stops wheel hop. It is needed when your putting down a decent bit more then stock power. Most of us that have actually broken the upper mount are SuperCharged, but it;s the price you pay for modding any car.

Thats my friends Camry, lol. He's putting down a lot more power then I am is why I made the upper rod for him. That upper one does cause a lot of noise vibration, which we ended up figuring out how to stop mostly. The tranny torque rod does not have any bad side effects, except some people have managed to snal the upper mounting bracket. But if you had a local junkyard you should be able to get another one cheap there. Thats the only bad. There is currently a bracket being designed that shouldn't break.

haha, thanks guys. Yeah, they basically said it all. I actually make 2 different ones, but the only one's I have (or will) mass produce were the tranny ones.

If what the others said doesn't work, get a used one off Ebay. But yeah, I highly doubt the remote is bad.

Find out it;s service history. Biggest thing is make sure it's had proper oil changes.

What year/enging? How much money do you plan to spend? Are you more into performance or looks?

Get $3500, buy a supercharger. thats the only way yout getting decent power. An Intake is not getting you any power. A custom y-pipe may get a little, or the buy the OBX headers and y-pipe on ebay.

Slotted and Cross Drilled is more for looks then anything else really. And unless you plan to race, I'd just stick with Blanks. Many people here int he US go with Brembo Blanks, as it's a name brand, and good prices. As for pads, I;m not sure if you have them there. Hawk HPS Street pads, or EBC Green Stuff pads is what the majority of people here use for everyday driving. -
1: If Poly bushings, make sure they were greased (or as I did, Teflon Tape, it last longer). 2: Sway Bar Link not fully tightened.

Your WAY off in that! US never had an IS200. We had an IS300, then the Gen 2 had the 250 and 350. ES300 - Windam, NOT camry. To the original poster, both Lexus AND Scion should be under Toyota discussion or similiar, since they are all made by Toyota Motor Corp -
As for the trim lines (altise, sportive, etc), I can;t help because ours here are different in the US. As for the Gen's, they are the style of the Camry. Here in the US, Gen 1 is 83-86, Gen 2 87-91, Gen 3 92-96, Gen 4 97-01, Gen 5 02-06, Gen 6 07-11. Some of those years are 1 year off for you guys in Australia.

Just unhook the (-) terminal like stated above and your fine. I'd also add a fuel stabalizer to the gas tank. -

I usually wait 3-5 minutes till it;s almost warmed up,BUT that is because I'm supercharged and do not like driving the car cold. In the winter, I have let it warm up for 20 minutes on occasion to melt all the ice and snow off the car. -
^ Those in the pics are LED's. The OEM ones are normal bulbs, BUT have the same base. My HVAC unit has 2 of those, and 1 #74 bulbs.

Cig lighter is Toyota ONLY. It's part of the socket. The HVAC unit backlight's are odd ones. They look like this:
