  1. Prolly your glove box!!If the dealer gave it to you!!
  2. Northy and myself installed mine and they are not easy. You need to remove 1 layer of the double sided tape so that they don't touch when the door is closed. Secondly my car doesn't have the coloured wire mentioned in the instructions for the rhr door. It's actually a different colour. We only found this out by trying a hell of a lot wires to see which one worked. Apart form these 2 things it would have only taken us about an hour and twenty odd minutes. But if anybody in Brisbane wants to pay us to install them we'll gladly only charge $100 instead of $120LOL
  3. $6500 for 120 kw. MMM I've only spent about $1500 on exhaust and intake to achieve close to that sort of figure. Depending on whether you want to go fast in a straight line and/ or around corners will determine where you spend it. Firstly get your intake and exhaust sorted. CES cat back and TRD CAI @$1500, Stock headers ported @$250-300,HD clutch and flywheel@$900, Unichip supplied and tuned @$1200.(these prices are roughly what I know/quoted.) Secondly suspension. Adjustable Koni's @$1100, Whiteline front and rear sway bars @$390,Whiteline camber bolts @$80-90,Whiteline strut brace@$160, TRD rear strut brace@$240, Fitting and wheel alignment @$650. This totals roughly $6340. So throw in some C-one wing tips and there's your $6500 spent modding your car to A) perform well, B)handle great and C) some nice wing tips for aesthetics :D
  4. Brissy boys and interstaters(if you wish) I will be ordering another batch of stickers soon. PM me if your interested.
  5. Have a look at Fulda tyres. Made by bridgestone and have tyre sizes 215/40/17 and 215/40/17 in the correct load rating,AA traction rating, 280 Degree temp rating, a big rim protector, Silica compound in the tread surface and most of all A pretty good price.
  6. The newer model corolla's have the air flow meter moulded into the lid of the airbox so you'll have to make a mount in your ducted piping to accomodate it. Everybody has already looked at your way(including myself) and I know of some people who have made their own intake pipe with the air flow meter mount and it just wouldn't work. I've been told that Toyota's are very sensitive when it comes to these hence why I just bought A TRD CAI(albeit 2nd hand!!) and when combined with an exhaust system it works great. My car gained nearly 10kw with CAI installed over my last dyno with just exhaust installed. So yes they do work but you have to do your mods in the right order :D
  7. Contact CES racing as they have just done an exhaust for XR6 turbo ute for APS I think. Well whoever it was for they've seen an increase of some 40 -45kw atw from memory. Contact Trevor at CES for more details. BTW I'm not stupid enough to think that my Stivo would beat a XR6 turbo. But the fact that you've got a 4 litre turbo charged 6 cylinder engine in a car that weighs not a lot more than a corolla you should flog me up. I wouldn't be the one embarrased it if didn't beat me easily for the amount of money they cost to buy ;)
  8. Just get the standard flywheel lightened by a performance shop. works exactly the same and is a lot cheaper. And no it doesn't weaken the flywheel if it's done properly. I've been doing it for years on many makes/models of cars and have never had a failure.
  9. Fulda Extremo or Excelero are 2 tryes that i looked at today and for the money not bad at all!! AA rating, load rating of 91, silica compound on the tread surface, W speed rating, good rim protector and temperature rating of 280 degrees. There simply are next to no tyres on the market under $200 ea with AA rating and the correct load rating etc etc. Have a look and see what you think. Fulda are made in the Rev Spec factory of Bridgestone in Hanover Germany and simply just go out a different door under a different name.
  10. A bit too wide for the standard rim. Prolly a 215 would be the limit but 205 fits nice. :)
  11. Colour code your mudflaps and they suddenly change the appearance of the rear of the car. Check out my Garage for pics...
  12. Sounds like you better oragnise it Nick. ;)
  13. I will quadruple that motion. Guys please fill in where your from so it easier to see for others especially when it comes to buying/selling and events. :D
  14. Midnight if you're in Brisbane then Pm me and I can arrrange a sticker for you. But remember money first!!
  15. Go with the Falken. Bridgestones are softish and if you drive hard then the edge will disappear very quickly. Most Wrx's i see with the stocky tyres on are either new or are driven very gently.
  16. AAHHHH it's not what you know but who you know hey rollamods!!!!
  17. Thought this line would strike a chord with some. It's a corker!!!
  18. http://9thgencorolla.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5106 Scroll down and have a look at the pictures of what a miss shift does to an engine. Just a tad bit nasty!!
  19. I'll be there with club stickers for those who ordered. If you want one then give me the cash and I'll give you the sticker!!
  20. Power FC is an aftermarket engine management system and is nothing like the other 2 you mentioned.
