CES do headers that yield better gains than TRD ones. Northy would be the one to talk to about them as he got rid of his TRD headers and replaced them with CES for a quite notable difference.

Filter wise the choice would be either a K & N or another generic brand which will obviously affect price. It would come as a kit with all hardware to install(brackets, nuts, bolts, rubbers etc) Price is hard to say but prolly around the prices of the CAI for the ZZE 122/3's so say between 350 - 500?? I'm only guessing but they would have to make one first to see what time is involved and dyno comparisons of before and after to see roughly what power gains are. Like I said I have a company lined up to do it but I want to see REAL interest not tyre kicker interest before I myself put up time, money and effort to see something put into production. Yeah if I were you I'd go back and make them fix it. Technically they're liable for anything that goes wrong with the part that they installed. So if they aren't willing to look at it then I believe they're in the worng. Nope. They took the cat converter and muffler out. It's a straight through piping all the way to the back finishing off with a Magnaflow Race Series Cannon. Hope you don't get pulled over ofr a road side inspection or emissions test cause you'll get the book thrown at you big time. your bank balance had better be very impressive cause the fine if huge. Guys if enough interest is had from ZRE152 owners then CES may develop a cat back system for them same as they did for ZZE 122'3 models. So if you are interested then say so!!!

Hey all just want to gauge some interest from New Corolla owners (ZRE152) regarding CAI's. I have a company that will make them for this model if demand is there. So in other words if there is more than 2 or 3 people that would be interested they would design and manufacture something suitable. Price at this stage would be roughly what they are for ZZE122/3's. Had both of my front door seal replaced under warranty. they kept moving on the door frame at the top and every time you opened the door they would catch on the front edge of the back doors. they replaced them no questions asked.

If that's the case then between me Northy and Azza we are the "man's man". Cause between the 3 of us we could cultivate enough hair to make a 3rd person..... shaving all your body hair is for pussies(mmm someone will certainly make a comment about this sentence...) Thanks to all who turned out for the cruise. We had 16 cars with some having multiple people. Good to meet some of the newer folk as well. To those who said they would come and piked out at the last minute sucked in cause the road was good and no traffic and we all had a good time. Big thanks to Azza for letting me have a lift fix up the mountain to keep Mr North honest. But to those of you who believe in the Easter bunny, he will come this year after Azza made a high speed aversion to miss cleaning him up good and proper Was a great night out and is actually part of the cruise route for the national meet in June. Is your car drive by wire??? Cause if it is you have a breather that definately needs to be attached. As for 1zz's not having a VSV most of the ones I have done have had them. quote 'rollamods' the purge VSV does not connect to the intake pipe on a cable throttle 1ZZ quote 'dayve' thanks for the replies so far guys yes my car is Drive by wire Is the breather that needs to be attached under the black plastic VVti cover..because we put a small little Monza air filter on a spout there that you buy from supercheap. If the light comes on again..ill take a few pictures of my engine bay but thanks for the help guys- hope it safe to drive around in Rollamods you've overlooked or haven't read the majority of the posts made. I don't recall saying the VSV has to be connected to the CAI either but moreso is the VSV connected to the relevant piping. :)

this is the uniform design that we are now using with no variances. Also for making it without the white background it would be hard to see or read especially on tinted windows hence why it has been designed the way it is. Cheers SB
