  1. I do think that the stock tyres are a compromise tyre i.e. they sacrifice performance and grip for a quiet, compliant ride. That's what most people want though. However, with the RE003, you get a much better performing tyre without giving up too much on comfort and road noise. They are outstanding value!
  2. I love those wheels! Some great work :)
  3. Wow!! TRD engine swap, eh? How much did it all cost? What a shame you're selling it :(
  4. Sorry to hear about your problems. At least Sydney City Toyota seem to be decent to deal with. The previous owner of my car always took it there and was very happy with them.
  5. I've only had my car for a few weeks and done just over half a tank. So far I'm doing about 12.1L/100Km. Not surprised given that I'm in the Burwood area. Hoping that improves as I grow more familiar with the car.
  6. Nice car! I like the colour. What wheels are those?
  7. OCD overload lol, but in a good way. This car is so tastefully modded. Love it.
  8. Don't get me wrong, they're quiet and have decent grip around corners, but i've really had to adapt for accelerating off the mark. Then again there's probably only around 50% tread left. Can't wait for an upgrade. Any suggestions for good wheels on stock rims? I also recommend the Bridgestone Potenza RE003s as the best bang for buck performance tyre which also has decent levels of comfort and noise. I have the RE002s on both my Aurion Sportivo and my other car and they are fantastic. I know a few other people who have these tyres on their cars and they love them. I would love to get Michelin Pilot Super Sport, but they seem very expensive to buy here in Australia.
  9. If that's just on the stock Michelins, then that is a very, very good result!
  10. Ok. I meant the actual rubber e.g. Bridgestone RE002, stock Michelins, Pirelli P7, etc?
  11. What sort of tyres are you guys running on?
  12. Glad to know it handles so well! Just purchased a Sportivo ZR6 and the owner put on RE002s with plenty of tread left -- can't wait to see how it goes in the twisty stuff.
  13. The OXs look much better if you ask me.
  14. Hi! Just bought one myself and love it so far!
  15. Hi, all. I am the proud owner of a 2007 Aurion Sportivo ZR6. The car is in fantastic condition and I'm really looking forward to learning as much as I can about these cars. Exciting times ahead!
