    so i was just talking to my sign making friend, and he says use water, a bit of soap (NOT HAND WASH - peferarbly like non-scented detergent), and a bit of metho to aid the drying process... apply the solution to the vehicle (spray works well) and then whack the sticker on over the top. get rid of the bubbles and leave it to dry... if there are bubbles after drying, then take eggbert's advice and pop them with a really sharp pin and flatten...

    ill confirm the soapy water technique... me and a mate put a GT stripe on his car made of vinyl, and we used some combination he made up of like water, soap and something else (maybe metho?), and we could slide it around to where we wanted it and then he just used a tool (credit card does the same trick) to flatten it out and iron out the bubbles... and don't worry pete, i'll just get it at villawood on the 29th... kinda wanted it for the cruise, but i'll forgive you this once... :P

    oh no i assure you he got it in the car too... he sort of threw up and then stuck his head out the window... so you can kind of imagine........... anyway i just cleaned up the rest of it... still gotta go out and buy some odour killing spray... if you have a steam cleaner use that, it lifts it up and gets rid of most of the smell... hmm...

    ahh i dunno you cant really tell from the pic... you'd think they would use handsfree anyway just because it looks bad to see a cop breaking the law... of course that cop could be pulled over.. he looks fairly close to the kerb..

    i gotta clean my car today, especially the right hand rear door, inside and out... my drunk friend decided it would be a good idea to throw up out of my window... ;) ... so anyone fancy coming out to norwest car wash today? i'll be going at about 1.30... anyone keen? i cant go for a drive though, im almost empty and petrol is too expensive this week... i cant get onto msn for some reason, so PM me if you wanna meet up so i make sure i actually go on time...

    i have the same problem with the clutch pedal screws hitting the carpet everytime i shift, which means my clutch stops about 1cm short of where its supposed to... dunno if thats bad... i think i've worn a hole in the carpet now so the gap is smaller... theres definately a hole where the screw hits the carpet. and svalerko i want those pedals... stay away jason... stay away...

    i bought cheapo pedal covers... they suck... i wouldnt recommend anyone buys them if they can get the real deal... the corolla accelerator pedal is fairly small, and so the one that i bought in the set doesnt fit... so i only have these crappy brake and cluth pedals... they feel nice, but i know they are cheap.. if a group buy comes around for these i will definately be in for it if i can afford it...
