  9. You have to be careful when you go beyond 4000 Kelvin. Cause that's typically the point when White is being overshadowed by the blue ting till... 5000K you won't see very much unfortunately, HID could use 5000K and see fine I think but for Non-HID I wouldn't recommend it.

Correction - VIP or Bippu is first based on Executive Japanese Cars such as Toyota Century, Nissan President, Lexus GS/LS, Nissan Cima, Nissan Fuga etc etc You then go to town on modifying them for the appearance of premium luxury. Typically with big/deep kits, big exhaust and large rims that are flush with the overfender/flared guards. Interior is to be modified so that it makes Maybach look like 3rd rate. Everything else is VIP Styled ;) or confused with DUB and what not...
  12. Engine damper doesn't reduce your incabin vibration or what not, they're designed to minimise the engine's vibration in the way that's similar to your solid engine mounts. If anything it'll increase your vibration LOL
  13. Having worked in the industry as an apprentice, I can tell you it's not uncommon for these things to happen, nor is the aftermath solution. DIY ladies and gents or pay someone who knows what they're doing and you can actually watch them ;)

  17. Give me a clutchless sequential 6 speed anyday =) Automatic is for those that don't want driving to become a labour which manual can sometimes become. Its not about being lazy... Hell some "manual" drivers are lazy eg. Clutch in or slap it into neutral to roll to a stop. Thats lazy compared to your average automatic driver. Old Automatics are slow, their programming and technology aren't aggressive enough but these days the newer and well thought out automatics murder manual cars. Those that say automatic are slow haven't driving an aggressively programmed automatic. Semi Auto depends on what type, if you're referring to Tiptronic then its based on the Automatic gearbox so when you go into the self shifting mode, its ponderously slow. If you're referring to those like the Sequential, DSG, etc then those are based on a Manual gearbox which are faster. End of the day, if you want to relax and cruise then why need to go manual for? Pointless... Automatic drivers that pretend to be manual drivers are lolworthy, going from 1 - 2 - 3 then D or whatever they do, doesn't impress people... Manual drivers, when you bog down or stall, you look equally idiotic lol Btw I've only owned manual ;)

  22. A well matched set of shocks and springs will beat a set of second/third rate coilovers in terms of handling anytime. Getting a set of coilovers doesn't mean you're instantly changing your car to a cornering machine, far from it in fact if you get the wrong ones! You get better handling from well matched set of shocks/springs, swaybars and tires than forking out $2K for el cheapo coilovers ;) Don't forget look at your application, if you don't track, no point in getting racing orientated coilovers (ie STIFF), you'll make your daily a misery to drive (Considering Australian roads are about as smooth as a teenagers pimple covered face)
