  1. Its not as simple as whack on the rear swaybar and off you go, unless the company has proven results with use of factory front sway, you'll find your car's handling compromised. You need to match it with the "correct" front swaybar :)
  2. stretch is the bomb guan. So 16x7 with a 38 offset and I won't scrub on a 205 50 16 tyres ??? I've got 16 x 7 +43 using 205/50R16 RE001s... Fits like it was meant to from factory... *nudge nudge Toyota* lolz
  3. I'll see if I can take the weekend off and i sure as hell hope my car is ready by then...
  4. IF I'm freakin' lucky and all, I may have it running better by next weekend... =|
  5. If there is a full blue moon and lunar eclipse... I might appear... Will, remind me man XD
  6. Maybe try posting in WANT TO BUY ;) You just might have more luck there... lolz
  7. Lol, bro wrong section and clueless title =P
  8. Not a Stivo either... I don't care what people think of them :P I wouldn't touch Caldina unless you like being a owner of a fairly rare car in Australia with possibly only the engine having something in common with other Toyota. This isn't against the Caldina, I've driven both the ST215 (GT-T) and ST246 (GT-Four), they're really something! However even if you have minor issues and need replacement parts, it'll be difficult to source...
  9. The old Type-Rs aren't for you if you think its not a good daily compared to Sportivo :P It never was and never will be "comfortable" ;) It was made purely to beat the living crap out of anything that's in its class and scare those above it XD Type-Rs are basically (Old Type-Rs were, the newer ones are soft as...) road legal racers :) Never aimed at your average person wanting a little fast daily =P Minimalistic and raw is the best way to describe them =) They're made to go as fast as possible (NOT in a straight-line, absolutely not what Type-Rs are about) with total efficiency of all components, stuff creature comfort, road noise, etc etc etc... If you can't handle that, don't bother =P
  10. I think Toyota still uses 1.5 Pitch from memory so you can use :) As long as they have the right end (usually factory alloys like flat end while aftermarket like tapered end)
  11. Use interior vinyl... Say Carbon Vinyl ;) hehehe
  12. Sounds correct my friend :) Though I'd say its more the oil grade than the brand that did the magic ;)
  13. Diesel sound? Sounds like tappet/shim issues... Well this happens with the 20V squad anyway... Unsure if it directly applies to you guys... Use the correct viscosity and quality oil, your diesel sound should be heavily reduced... Eventually however engine rebuild is a must. Mine stock engine seems to be like this, it lets you know when you're using the incorrect oil (very quickly the diesel sound develops). Since changing the oil viscosity and quality, my "diesel" has been heavily reduced... When your engine reaches a certain age, sometimes 5,000kms is a little too much, you're Toyota will let you know :)
  14. Dish is class man not ricey... Its wrong offset and flat face + stretched tires = Ricey lol
  15. Start searching ---> http://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/registration/veh...ards/index.html I can't remember exactly the rule but there was a rule about I think 10% or 15% increase is okay with engineering certificate and beyond that I'm not sure... Alternatively perhaps contact the RTA about it :)
  16. My one's bigger =) Was watching the Pro Photographer at my cousin's wedding with a sniper rifle wannabe thing, its hilarious... They scared my other little cousins... Pedos =P
  17. ROFL, you might want to look in the sale section before posting here, be proactive ;)
