There should be a screw on the lamp assembly for adjusting the pitch. At the plant they manually adjust the camry's to the spec before they leave. I'm assuming the rolla has the same adjuster.

The corolla also shares the same drivetrain as the MRS. Are they in the same league??? I wouldnt think so. The celica has independent suspension all round and it would handle alot better than a sportivo, maiking it a sportier car...No? ← I'm not suggesting that the Rolla Stivo is a sports car. -

How can you guys say that the Corolla is a sports car because of the drivetrain, yet the Celica is a sports car by appearance only, when they share the same drivetrain? -

The Sportivo Coupe will never see production unfortunately. It's a turbo charged RAV4 engine and transmission sitting on a Camry chassis. Some of the electronics features are novel, but it's far from road legal, trust me, you wouldn't want to drive it in it's current condition. Upon close inspection you'll see that the build quality was geared towards meeting the Melbourne motorshow deadline. It's a proof of concept both to the Australian public, and Toyota Japan.

Exactly, although the badges are plastic, the tooling is still steel. They wont cut a new steel tool to injection mould a single badge.

The Toyota badge isn't metal, it's plastic. A company called Astor Base is a major supplier for badges to all 3 OEMs.

I've been looking at this recently for my Ascent. When you say it's not much louder than the stock one, do you mean the base model or the Sportivo?

Does that mean your throttle body coolant bypass mod may resolve the issue?

We've been evaluating the NAVMAN satellite navigation system here at work, and I must say it's the best value for money. I would definately recommend it. One of the main advantages is that it can be mobile and shifted from car to car, and it doubles as a pocket pc if you're in the market for that sort of thing too.
