ya i was getting some stuff to service kyles car.

He has a nice AE86 drifter coming along!

The reason i ask if you bought it privately was cos it looks very, very similar to one i went and had a look at on car sales! I was considering but the price was bugging me.

yeah insurance isnt cheap...

bout 3600 for this year, with 30% no claim...

whoah - SNAP!!!

$1700 odd if you go Nissan mate :whistling:

and my recommendations include:

*ditch the rear wing

*ditch the wheels in favour of aforementioned deepdish

*ditch the sideskirts

with those mods you should be cranking 230-260kw atw on around 1 bar me-thinks ;) Would chop my toy hard...damn factory 4-5psi crap...

*agreed - but not tlll i change the rest of the kit to suit...

*agreed - i love the 5 spoke arrangement, but some fatter 5 spokes with dish is on the cards :)

*agreed - they'll be changed when i change the front and remove the wing...

ahhh... im loving it the way it is for now.. i gotta buy some new tyres this week and get the stereo sorted out... then ill get to work on the outside... it will happen slowly though.. what with insurance and repaying the loan on the car (borrowed half of it from the old man)...

currently its running 13 psi boost... FROM THE FACTORY

Nup, leave it EXACTLY the way it is now. Always loved those rims on Supras. And why does everyone hate the Supra wing? :( Big wing = big performance! :P

I'm with Tats... I think Tom's car is perfect the way it is.

The skirt hugs the smooth lines of the Supra and the wing sets it all off.

I find Supras a bizarre paradox in that taking the wing OFF is ricey :P
