Seems as if the Police are down with the SuperCharger that Toyota has placed in the Aurion as they have added the TRD Aurion to the pursuit lineup.

Cool!

Now that would be nice to drive, imagine having the opportunity to drive it like the police would, without a worry that it's your car! I'm sure they like that part of their job (when its safe).

It's a shame because half of them won't appreciate it... They drive XR6T's XR8's and SS V8's every other day, plenty of power there

It would make sense to improve the suspension and tyres at least. These guys would probably hit 200 km/h every so often, you'd want to make sure you don't float all over the road.

I think the number plate is awesome. Very apt. The car has great presence. Wish I saw them in Vic as well rather than the XR6 or SS.

I took a corner today in the company ute and saw this candy car coming towards me ... immediate thought  struth ... that looks like an Aurion TRD and bugger me it was .... second thought  wholly **** that's nice even with all the police colours all over it. So there you go ppl they are getting around ... even in Townsville
