Cusco Zero 2 Coilover spring dimensions

One day I'll get around to measuring the front.

Measured the fronts and they are the same as the rears. The solid height, estimated from coil diameter and the number of coils, is about 85mm.

So if you plan on going softer or harder this might only require the purchase of only 2 springs ;) Updated the parts thread to show available springs that will fit, Eibach's unfortunately wont fit the seat, either too wide or too narrow.

Maybe 60mm? Can't say without measuring them, but its easy to do with some vernier callipers. Undo the spring seat, measure spring length with tape measure, measure seat with callipers and the diameter of the coil and count the number of coils to determine a solid height. But at 60mm you can choose from Eibach and Toda springs.

King Springs do their Prosport range in 60, 65 and 63mm sizes in a variety of lengths and rates.

Catalogue is here: http://www.kingsprings.com/kings_springs_%...sport%20cat.pdf

Last set I got were about $90ea.

Jason, why are you so awesome?

By the way, (and apologies for the slight hijack), but just clarifying what Mark said here. You guys used a teflon spray on the pillowball bearings in his Cusco's when they started getting old yes?

used "DFL" spray on them from new. It's Dry Film Lubricant made by Electrolube, comes in a 200ml can, part# DFL200D

Cheers mate. From new I see? You'd recommend popping the bearings out on the fronts and doing this before installing them then? It just minimizes noise and friction right?

they spray gets down into the bearing before it dries, can be done while the coils are installed and the car's jacked up.

Jack car up, spray on the bearing, turn the steering wheel left to right a couple of times.
