i know i know but i was in a hurry boys and please stop because my bum hole is still sore from that! :D lol What i noticed is the transformer which comes with the sills are not the best either :-/

sorry that you all blew fuses, but a longer but safer process is strip back one wire, solder it, tape it all up, then do the other wire from the transformer... note the transformer makes a very slight 'buzzing' sound when on, but nothing major.

yeah thats for sure, due to normal wear and tear yeah ? guess been on car a fair while since 03

i think there were some welds that had been made when attached to the 2.5" pipe.. that could have caused some heat stress on the cheese grater looking inside bits... but you can see how its cracked.. and split down the length... it progressively got worse.

k.....on a seperate note how awesome is the USB HD tv thing........so good i got the news up in top right corner at moment with the "always ontop" setting on the screen part so sits up there nice :)

got all channels went to bunnings and bought a ANTSIG brand Quag shield TV Flylead with adaptors $9.95....1.5metres long......so have that plugged into spare tv aerial plug in lounge...cords specially for HD etc.....perfect reception........only sbs which it doesnt really get much if at all...weird i will play and see what i can get it to do.....

yours up and running ?

Did you ever get any dyno readings with the Vari/muffler open and closed, only found the one dyno posting unless I over looked it.

hey mate... nah i havent done that yet....

i'm due for another dyno session this month to finish the tune..

I've got a bloody vibration on the over-run when I let off the throttle, so I wonder if it's a dead cat or resonator in mine too...?

yeah mine was more noticable on the over run... i jacked it up and banged the system with a rubber mallet... and found a similar sound. try banging the mounts of the resonator... should rattle if theres a prob.
