hrmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmms

any other rav4 going??? if there isnt...guess i wont bother <_<

Wrong attitude. This isn't about what model you've got (because let's face it, if it is, I'm far worse off than you :P ), it's about getting together and having a good time.

It is for EVERYONE that is a part of TOCAU. I am so excited :D

It doesn't matter what you drive, as long as it is a Toyota :toast:

Just for your info guys...i would not bother to bring an e-tag if it has a lot of hassles linked with it. Anyways, i have an etag yes but I barely use it unless i am in a real hurry :) For those who don't have an e-tag or would not like to bring theirs, you can go on the citylink website (citylink.com.au). You can have a summary of the associated cost if you were to buy a pass (rather than using your e-tag):

At CityLink we offer the following Pass products:

24 Hour Pass - A CityLink 24 Hour Pass covers you for travel on CityLink for 24 hours. You have the flexibility to choose when you wish to commence using your CityLink 24-Hour pass. The 24-hour period starts from when you first use CityLink on your nominated day.

Weekend Pass - You have the flexibility to choose when you wish to commence using your CityLink Weekend pass. Travel, however, must start between midday on Friday and be concluded at midnight on Sunday. The weekend Pass does not cover travel on the Monday of a long weekend.

Tulla Pass - The Tulla pass is valid if you are only travelling between the Flemington Road section of CityLink and Bulla Road, Essendon North in either direction.

The classifications for vehicles on CityLink are:

Car: Includes cars towing a trailer or caravan

LCV: Any cab chassis 1.5 - 4.5 tonne GVM, 2 axles

HCV: Includes rigid trucks with three or more axles or over 4.5 tonnes GVM; buses with 13 or more seats including driver; articulated trucks.

Here are the associated costs:

Just to add to the whole e-tag thing, I know (and its probably the same elsewhere) that if you pass through it you are able to pay for the toll afterwards; I think they send you a letter anyway after a couple of weeks. So if you don't get one and then we do end up going through a tollway no need to panic about it. That'll be my plan anyway as I don't think I'm going to need one, but it'll be okay if I do.

As for the member with the Rav4, throw that attitude away!! I will be a bit of a fish out of water myself as my car is pretty much stock as, and I know there'll be some heavily modded cars there, but as has been said it is about meeting everyone, having a great time and sharing our passion for Toyota. The cars are just the common ground :) Although I must admit I am really looking forward to checking out the cars!

In NSW they charge you $10 each time you do this :( I got stung twice in one day. Cost me more than $30 to get to Powercruise and back!

i would have to agree....the meet is about throwing out all negativity and just enjoying each others company and our shared passion and love for our toyota's no matter what model they are or how old we are.......or even what state one comes from!!

we would like all australia to be a part of this warm fuzzy feeling which is why the meet moves around from state to state every year!! only to make it fair on all.

as for what car we drive...........i will have a rental.....i asked for a toyota but they said they wont know what i get till i get there :(

im going down to melb to meet new faces and have a good time.....with no barriers...to chill and relax and enjoy!!!

hope you can find a place for us and come down to the meet :D you'll never never know if you never never go!!
