TRD Aurion on 20s

If the TRD had the stock proto-type rims...I'd say it'll hardly go with the SL type..

The proto-type rims lean more to 'racing' rather than Luxury...

I'd say Toyota made a wise decision regarding the TRD rims B)

Just my opnion..

Gah you guys are just tempting me to spend money again! After scratching my car yesterday and finding out it will cost $700 to repair I feel so poor. :(

I am thinking of putting BBS Anthracites on mine. http://www.jaxquickfit.com.au/wheels/bbs.html It'll still be 19" so I don't change the handling characteristics of the car which I have already grown accustomed to.

I reckon it would still suite. Why couldn't it be deemed a sports luxury like an AMG merc or the like?

It's good to have the best of both worlds when you can

I kinda wish the TRD rims were like the prototype they had before (shown below). Those would look okay in my opinion; and is that some minor dish on them as well? So now all this 20 inch fun, looks like I should join in with some nice deep dish. Hmmmm, the temptation. I think a set of AirRunner suspension would suit best.

I believe the prototype wheels are g.max 'bona fide' G.Max Website. They are in rack one.

my car scrapes at the back when u turn corners a bit faster and go through dips <_<

speed bumps and other normal bumps are fine tho

Im not surprised...Haha. Same happened to me.

Try that with full passengers and a bit of luggage in the trunk.. with people beepin behind u for goin to slow..

Makes u wanna kill urself..

at a second glance, the wheels do look good on the car. but given the colour of the car (especially the front spoiler, etc.) and lack of brilliant polished chrome stuff, shadow chrome wheels would have suited it more colour wise.

okay, so i went and took some proper pics last night.... but keep in mind that these are nothing special cause i havent touched my camera in over a year... (the photos that were on the camera were from when my nephew was a new born and now he is 1.5!)

also, i dont know how to 'adjust' anything in photoshop to make it look better... so they're just straight off the camera...

so be nice!!

i think these are the best outta the lot... i've added links to all of the other ones though...

thanks man.. those pics were by me, and there were a few other people there taking photos too... so i'll post those photos up when i get a chance... :)

the place was near hamilton/ascot area... its an area with a couple of abandoned trains... its a pretty good place to take pictures, but its a little "overdone" for photoshoots for cars/bikes in brisbane... but thats just my opinion...

oh and if you go there, just make sure you take something to dust off your car as well. cause its a gravel road...

Damn Ash. Those are some nice photos. Really shows off the smooth styling of your Aurion. I like the last one (739) as well as it gives your car a more sleek look. Not bad for a 3 year old Pentax. I wish I could take photos like that.

yeah... its a few years old now... got it for my bday from my parents a couple of years ago.. :)

still takes great photos for a novice like me...

i really have a LOT to learn about photographing cars... i can do good nature shots, but cars just dont seem to work out for me the way that i imagine the shot in my head...

i'm keen to take more shots of cars though... i need the practise..
