Engine Conversion

Recommended Posts

I drive a 2003 Corolla Sportivo, it's been dropped and has a custom exhaust and pod filter attached.

i am bored of the engine in the sportivo and want to convert the engine, i am thinking the straight six turbo R34 engine but do not know if this is the best choice for a fast and enjoyable ride.

Guys, seriously, is it in any way possible to convert the engine, i have the boxer from my Subaru Legacy, would it be possible to put that in? I really want to take this thing down to the Creek for some drags, any HELP would be appreciated.

seriously, stop asking such stupid questions.

Your options (within reason) are engine/gearbox combinations from FWD (east-west) cars... no JZ, no boxer, no V8, etc etc.

If you didn't realize this already, you should not even be thinking about engine conversions.

If you had a LOT of cash (10s of thousands of dollars) you could do something north south/RWD...
