Camry Gen 5 Modded Headlights.

The rings looks too small and too far apart , what about using the shape of the perimeter? Maybe a full perimeter light, a bit like this but with the shape of your light it would have a much better overall effect.

or go with large 3.4 cut eyes and perimeter lights

I'm not artistic or imaginative at all, however, pretty much anything would look better than the stock setup. I much prefer the 2nd video you posted, minus the colour change.

Here are the black ones I was speaking of:

This is a retrofit that someone else has done:

I like the slight tint look, Seeing that guy fit those projectors is like seeing the mona lisa being touched up with a 9" house brush... he did a massive hack job.

but I can see that end end job on the car looks ok. He's got no adjustment?

I really think they have a great shape worth the effort for sure. If you get a cheap set on the side send em my way for a play.

Also not a fan of that projector retrofit, pretty dodgy and I'm sure an up close photo would reveal it - very easy to hide imperfections from a photo that's been shrunk down.

There are projector headlights available for older style Hilux utes - whilst the design isn't exactly the same it does show how they've changed the design in those older, more square like reflectors to have projectors. Might give some design inspiration just from an ebay search of the like.
