Hello everyone, I just brought my first Aurion.

Always like to be around people with the same intrestest and what not.

I brought it from a dealer up at noosa about a month ago with 88,xxx ks on the clock

It's a 2008 sx6
When i picked the car up it was pretty much stock, just had the after market wheels.

Mods so far are just some coil overs and a head unit

future mods are

- New wheels

- Roof spoiler

- Roof racks

- Slim line weather shields

- Front grill

- Subs

- Air intake

It's going to be my daily driver, so I'm not going to do to crazy with it.

I also have a 180sx witch is my power house.. so.. :-)

I'm a mechanic by trade so i will be trying to help out people when i can :-)

if you have any questions, feel free to ask and i'll help out the best i can.

i will more then likely be asking just as many untill i get to know the car inside and out :-)

Looking ford to getting to know people and joining in a few events "if there are any"

Hey robert!

How hard do you think it would be to turbo one of these bad boys?

Posted

Wouldn't be to hard, just need to money to back your plan up.
custom manifold and probabley head gaskets and the turbo, ecu.

you would want to bugget about $20,000 with everything to have something half desent.

Be cheaper to sell your current car and then buy a TRD Aurion.

RoadRunner would be correct.

the only difference would be the turbo one would be more awesome in every way! :D

Hi Robert and everybody else,

I have just bought a 2006 sx6 with 177k on the clock. High mileage but very tidy car.

Only had it a couple of days but have noticed when I brake or accelerate there seems to be some small movement ( maybe 2-3mm) feeling that Comes up through the steering, although the steering wheel doesn't budge at all, when I try to move it myself.. Any explanations?

Regards
