what u mean extra parts? i thought it comes with everything except the tools to tighten it up

there is nothing else its just the bar itself and you use the stock bolts that are holding your current one in place.

Had some good news today.

I have received one of the two packages back.

This one contains 3 rear sway bars.

There are no markings or stickers on the package to indicate why it was returned - only a NZ$64 bill.

We are presently repackaging this lot before sending it out via reputable courier.

This will hopefully mean that the other package is quite close also, although should it not appear this week we can not read anything into that.

We are still anticipating some answers on Friday or perhaps Monday.

It still concearns me why they were even sent back in the 1st place with no attempt to contact the listed people on the packages... oh well, hopefully this will mean it all gets sorted out soon. :)

I now have the other package back too.

Once again, there is no indication of the reason for the non-delivery/return.

Like the other, this will be repackaged and sent away again.

If u pay the money u can have ur item delivered same day if sent in the morning or first thing the next day .... but that costs $$$$$$ and it would need 2 clear customs etc but given my experience with customs ... when u pay the $$$ for a shipment it somehow miraculously clears customs within an hour or 2 ... lol ....

Well ive given bruce my work address where we have a dedicated mail room and a team of people that look after it so if a courier turns up there is no way it can be returned for wat ever reason.

Yes. They left here last Thursday. We've been in discussions with NZPost about liability and have had to produce the packages in their original wrapping for inspection. This has caused a short delay.

I believe they are leaving NZ today and should be at their destination within a few days.
