Ummm yeh thanks for taking time out of your first world issues to help a newbie.

Just pay someone to do your foggies and parkers, unless you wish to have cuts and scratches up your arm, not a fun experince, but totally worth they look of LED's.

I found it quite easy, take off the under tray and wheel arch and you have access to both.

If you're going to pay someone, I'll do it 😜

I second that. I converted to HID low beams and foggies on sunday. Low beams are easy accessed from engine bay, foggies are easier from underneath- just remove the under pannels with a 10mm spanner or socket.

I bought some T10 SMD 5050 LED parker globes on ebay, just waiting for those to be delivered.

Also got a professional coming around to restore my headlight lenses - they're oxedised :(

I've seen a few methods on YouTube and the like, but with my work schedule, I haven’t got much time to much time to myself as is plus this guy is providing a 3 year warranty so I'm assuming he's going to re-seal/re-coat the lenses. Will start a new thread and post before/after pics. If i think the result is worth it, ill pass on his contact details :)

My parkers were done by my mate with skinny hands and arms and the fogs got done at a service with Toyota. Heheh... Lazy much?

Haha I had my car serviced the other day, they didn't notice my park light was out, so I took it back so they could change it.

It was in for about 15 minutes, then the tech came out and told me "we have to pull the headlight unit out change it, put it back in and realign it."

I said well that's interesting because I have changed them before with out removing it. I took the inner guard off, reached up and took it out and put LEDs in, then when the LED died I changed it back.

They looked at me, oh well we will have to have another look.

Haha they soon changed it lol
