Thankyou Blackzze ! :D

But you sure you don't have me confused with someone else... ;)

Danz - thanks man, but just reiterating not interested in a drag from a standstill ( We can both save the stress on our clutch! ) just interested and curious in seeing the difference with rolling start acceleration from 2nd gear starting from say about 20km.

20km/h? Oh man did u also notice some lag in power delivery on 2nd gear below 2500rpm??? I felt that when it was std, the car sort of strugling or something!

Your clutch will be damaged after few hard launch. Besides, its not about dragging, 1ZZ-FE just wanted toi know the difference. Its low to mid end anyway so no point dragging it.

Hey IZZ-FE,

I meant no offence :o

I just havent seen your car "at pace" yet :D

DANZ i have seen at pace

So thats why I'm there to see this one between you two. B)

Thanks Blckzze, yeah that night I did really good during launch and onwards. Scary though, I'm always affraid of doing drag launch, the clutch is in dangerous position :P

Anyhow, I have logistic problems with the CAI. It arrived safe and sound to my friend';s house over in USA. But Shipping its a killer for the huge box. I really thought it would be cheaper to send personally but it doesn't seems like it. So Intake will be postpone once again, and this time it will be a looooong wait because I rather wait until my friend went back to Indonesia and see me there so I can pick it up.

No offence at all Blackzze - I took it as a compliment mate! ;) :D

But like Danz, as much as I enjoy doing a Drag Launch, also scares me because of the additional strain I'm putting on the driveline - in particular the clutch.

Danz - Yeah do notice the slight hole in power delivery from 20km/h under 2500rpm, the Remus made a big difference, but it's still there. Our Engines don't really come alive until 3000rpm is showing on the tacho.
