  1. Check the dipstick, it may say the car uses type I-V fluid and there is no need to replace the fluid unless it's getting super hot and burning or the tranny is slipping or not shifting correctly...
  2. To remove the motor from the top, you'll have to drop the subframe by itself first, then remove the gearbox out the bottom and then pull the motor out the top... Bit of stuffing around with the subframe laying on the ground but can be done without too many hassles :)
  3. Hey mate, interested in your stock sportivo exhaust, is it a full system or just the rear muffler??? Your PM box is full so I'm writing this here... Cheers :)

  4. I've got superlows that have been compressed, pretty bouncy down Parra road and such but it's the look that I was after with the wheels up the guards so thats what I did :)
  5. You know, funny when I took my car to a dealer for an oil change today they weren't interested even though it's done 10600kms. They said to bring it back after 15000kms Most likely because you're on the Advantage Plan so you have to stick to the schedule planned by Toyota...
  6. That Q7 is giving me bad ideas haha, already planned mine with 36 Speakers and 4 12" subs... Should sound alright... Pretty cool pic above too with the mobile DJ setup... Awesome for parties and lapping the cross at night haha :)
  7. I had the same thing with the orange car, driving along, hit a dip in the road and heard a horrible scraping sound... Pulled over and inner guard was hanging half out, had to rip it out on the road... Pulled the other one out when I got home... Already cut half them out on the Sportivo and still making noise, gotta attack it again when I do the next service...
  8. Wheel shops will be able to tell you everything you need to know :) Probably looking at around 20x8 or 20x9 unless you're willing to do some guard work... And the standard offset will be written on your tyre placard on the car...
  9. Water Pumps are something I never skimp on, always go genuine and never have any dramas... A lot of the aftermarket ones only come as half a pump with a gasket and just end up leaking and being a pain in the *****...
  10. Well it seems my first post in this thread was wrong... Got to do the job myself today at work, everyone in the past has told me to remove the plenum chamber and the intake manifold... Removed the plenum chamber first and had a look at the back, bit of a pain but managed to access the plugs and change them without removing the intake manifold... Saved a bit of time and hassle so for anyone else doing the job next time, keep that in mind :)
  11. BUMP to the top... Lists Updated... Open to offers on all parts, come and pick em up...
  12. BUMP to the top, open to offers, come and take it all away :)
  13. Hahaha, dw mate, plenty more to come, better not post some though, I heard this forum is now kiddy friendly haha :P
  14. Some shots from a shoot I did down at the snow last month :) Plenty more to come soon, just havn't had the time to edit...
  15. Mobile Cameras know which car was speeding as it scans all the lanes and it comes up on their monitors... If you weren't speeding then don't worry, the fine will be heading to one of the other drivers...
  16. It's always much better on Press Day... I was enjoying the pies from Harry's and the drinks from the Cafe haha :) Not to mention free entry and parking as a bonus...
  17. I've got the upper and lower sections from an AE92 SX if they will be the same as yours??? I'm in Sydney but postage isnt a problem... $10 total for both sections plus whatever postage comes to... PM me if you're interested :)
  18. All 80K services on Toyota's have a fuel filter replacement, apart from the new Hilux Diesel models... Your 2004 model Kluger does have a filter replacement at 80K, and it's under the passenger middle row seat... Tank doesn't need to come out, just remove the passenger side middle row seat, lift up the service hole and access the top of the tank... You will need a special service tool to undo the upper plastic ring... Been told the Toyota and Honda tools are vertually the same...

    MR2 BODY-KIT

My brother bought a bodykit for his car many years ago... Ended up spending more than double the original cost to get the bars re-fibreglassed as they were wayyyyy too thin and then to be refitted correctly... My personal choice (after owning a car with a bodykit) is to stick with the factory bumpers and genuine lip kits... Nothing beats plastic quality products with perfect fitment... And on the off chance you may touch a driveway, speedbump, gutter, etc, the plastic just bends and then bounces back, rather than fibreglass cracking...
  20. To change the fuel filter you need to pull up the back seat, remove a cover plate and access the fuel pump/filter assembly in the tank... I suggest pulling up the back seat and boot carpet, access the service hole and making sure everything is tight and been resealed...
  21. Looking insane :) Can't wait to see it finished...
