No Toyota's in Australia have been recalled for a sticky accelerator... Could be a problem with the pedal assembly or the throttle body may need a good clean out...

I came out to the car the other morning and noticed the corner sticking out, Opened it up and yep, the lid guide on the left has broken off... Think I'll just stick it closed, never used it anyway...

Remove the centre dash vents and look up, you'll see two 10mm bolts, undo those and pull the radio surround out from the dash :)

+1 for the garden lights or even the security sensor lights on the side of the house... Would be good for when you're in the car or on foot :)

Aus Radio's would run on different frequencies and most likely won't pick up your local radio stations... Best off getting a double din unit, DVD player or something :)

That gurgling sound is usually coolant passing through the heater core pipes under the dash, most likely a bit of air in the pipe which may have caused the coolant level to drop... If you're continuously losing coolant it's gotta be leaking out somewhere... Best off getting it inspected by another mechanic, the dealer you bought it from may have just added chemiweld to stop the leaking headgasket... Blowing the head gaskets is fairly common for this model Camry so I'd definately be getting it checked out by another mechanic...

Could always get a panel beater or mechanic to inspect it rather than NRMA, tell them to check the front corner for any other damage, panels not lining up, etc...

Sorry, misread your first post... Some phones just don't work with the Toyota Bluetooth, my old phone didnt, tried all the different head units with no luck...

Start off by checking all your suspension bushes, make sure they're all sitting correctly and not cracked... Lube all the bushes, even with a quick spray of silicone lube and drive the car again to see if it's gone... If so, then pull them out and lube properly with rubber grease... Also, try going over all your bolts, making sure they're tight... Possibly engine mounts, loose airbox assy, battery tray, etc...

Those numbers could just be production run numbers and won't really matter... In what way is it different??? Could try bolting it up and see how it goes...

If the phone doesn't have bluetooth then it won't work... Get a new phone with bluetooth :)

See your local Toyota dealer and see what the YRX bodykit is worth... Could also try Carmate... They usually do replica copies of standard lip kits...

Easiest way is to measure the distance from the tyre to the guard, work out where you want the tyre to sit in the guard and then search for springs with that much lowered amount from standard... In Sydney, K-Mac do custom springs, match any height you want... Highly recommended :)

Check ebay for brand new ones, I've seen a lot of Corolla ones and such on there...

Check the magnetic clutch relay, common problem in 36 series Camry and 120 series Prado...

Any tinted or different coloured lights are a defect in NSW... Same as eyelids...

Check the shaft and rack bolts are all tight to start off with...

Better off upgrading to an Optima or something, I've got the smaller yellow top in both my AE112 and Sportivo and never had issues...
