hello! been a while since i looked at your progress, good to see you got your driveshafts sorted! i too have made some secret squirrel progress with my conversion ;) i shall have to come and discuss a few things with you or jason soon also
yea same old story.... one factory different names on parts haha, according to my source who remains un-named pedders coilovers are bc early series coilovers which have been resprung at better rates and rebranded. i was goint to purchase a set of adjustable tops from my local pedders but i got coilovers which came with them already instead
I bought a G-Touring badge off a full jap one of these by mistake a while back,(was supposed to be a Z-Aerotourer badge haha) should put it on the back of this beast :P
i would definetely be running the stock air box and a good panel filter and not a cai and pod. never know what water/dirt/bugs you will suck up on this trip with a low hanging cai. you can easily clean the crap out of your panel filter at a stop when its full of bugs at least haha
good price and includes a lot of extra parts! in the compressor models the alternator goes where your p/s pump is and the supercharger goes in the alternator spot. The electronic assist steering consists of a few components, a bit headachey. the best option is to get ahold of a blitz sump from the blitz supercharger setup. it has the mounting points to put your alternator below your ac compressor with an extra idler pulley. i would jump all over that kit thou haha
i have a zzt231 wheel and airbag on my zze122(jap built), it was all bolt on and plug in, im unsure if your clock spring would be the same or not for plug in....... i assume it would be
send me a pm with your budget for these and ill see if i can get you a set, im prety sure theres a car at the wrecker near me that has a silver one with coded flaps on it......
ok thanks so thats 30 series? im cleaning them up and advertising them for a mate who had them on a completely different car lol, helps when you know what your selling haha
hey camry boys and girls.....(hides in the corner with his corolla)
does anyone know if these are a camry wheel?
they are 17x7 +40 , they have mullins wheels written inside them as well as toyota.
any info is much appreciated, thanks!
hey guys i have a pair of Monroe front shock absorbers here that have done less than 5000km before i put coilovers into my car, selling for $150 the pair, less than half of what they cost me new. Pickup or post is ok. located in brisbane
If you ask nicely at pedders they can sell you front camber tops from their coilover range which is exactly the same as BC and they fit straight onto stock struts, so im assuming the "bc" branded ones are direct fit also
i reckon 8 inches will go ok in a +40 with some 205/40/17or even 215/40/17 according to my measurements on my car........ has anyone else noticed the zze rear wheels sit further inset than the fronts? i made myself some spacers to space the whole hub assembly out further to make rear fitment better..... looks tough :)
